The company considers quality management and assurance of all its activities to be one of the principal instruments to accomplish its mission. All company activities are subordinated to quality, and customer satisfaction is the main criterion for evaluating the final product quality.
To confirm and maintain quality, the company implemented an Integrated Quality Management system according to ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 standards.
The Integrated Management System of Intech Slovakia, s. r. o. (ltd.) involves a number of coordinated activities aimed to direct and manage process quality improvement in the company. Our certified systems concerning quality management and environmental management guarantee that the processes performed within our business operations are conducted in accordance with standards.
One of the key documents of the Integrated Management System is our Quality Policy, which binds the company to apply the Integrated Management System principles. This policy ensures a continuous improvement of services through the monitoring of processes, and increases the professional qualifications of the company staff. With respect to environment protection, the company undertakes to apply preventive measures in order to continuously improve the state of the environment and eliminate environmental pollution, accidents and incidents.
